    Palladius


    Seventeen vineyard parcels, eleven Mediterranean white varieties, twelve months in concrete eggs and another twelve in wooden foudres. Complex, textured, and exceptional. Best when aged for a minimum of 4-6yrs.

    The wine Eben makes to show off and the wine you serve when you want to. Nine small Swartland vineyards planted with Mediterranean red varieties produce a regional Swartland blend that is truly something phenomenal.

    Soldaat, Pofadder, Treinspoor, Skerpioen, Skurfberg, Kokerboom, Mev Kirsten and ‘T Voetpad. Vines for these wines were planted over 100 years ago offer us a sensory snapshot of the last century. Best enjoyed with years in the bottle and much suspense.
