Join us on Thursday 10 April for an unforgettable dinner and the very first taste of the Scions of Sinai '24 vintage, presented by seventh-generation winemaker and Stellies buckaroo, Bernhard Bredell.

Bernie will guide us through EIGHT exceptional wines from vineyards near his Sinai Hill stomping ground—six Single Vineyard Series classics and two Cervantes Series cowboys, including the newest one, ‘Granitas’ 🍷

In a daring attempt to rival the wines, our Kitchen team are bringing out the big flavour guns! 🤌 Cacio e pepe popcorn! Japanese croquettes! Poppy seed sourdough! Stracciatella! Salted berries! Figs! Five spice shredded lamb! Crispy caramelised rice! Dreamy matcha mousse! 🫨

Alongside getting a first taste of the vintage, you also get first pick at ordering these notoriously scarce wines for home delivery, and at tastefully discounted rates 🚚
