Methode Ancestrale also refered to as "Pet-Nat" is a style of bubbly that predates Champagne and MCC. With less formalities, Methode Ancestrale as a style allows for more grape varieties to be used, in this case 100% Cinsault. Ripe strawberry, rhubarb and pomegranate on the nose, utterly refreshing and ready to be enjoyed. No bottle opener needed for this one, pop it like a beer thanks to the crown-cap closure.
